Music & Creative Foundations

Jennie-lee’s leadership in ceremonies and live entertainment is grounded in a deep, early career in music and the performing arts.

Before working at global scale, she developed as a professional musician and creative practitioner, building first-hand experience in performance, rehearsal, production and audience engagement. This period shaped her understanding of rhythm, movement, storytelling and emotional connection — elements that continue to inform her work across large-scale ceremonies and live experiences.

Alongside her own creative practice, Jennie-lee established and led a recording studio and a performing arts school encompassing music, acting and dance. Through this work, she supported the development of emerging artists and performers, combining creative mentorship with practical production knowledge and discipline.

This foundation in music and performance continues to influence how Jennie-lee approaches creative leadership today — with respect for craft, an understanding of the performer’s perspective, and a belief in the power of the arts to shape confidence, culture and connection.
